| Burris Racing Moves to new facility in Huntington Beach |

On December 1 st, 2003 Burris Racing moved to our new and larger facility in Huntington Beach, California. This will greatly expand our available warehouse space as well as allow us to consolidate, under one roof, our administrative and R&D offices along with providing a dedicated area for the assembly and packaging of our latest product line, the YF200 R1 kart engine, that we will be partnering with Yamaha USA on.
