GX200 / Clone Cylinder Head Stud Kit – GX200 / Clone Cylinder Head Stud Kit. The kit contains 4 each of chromoly studs and non serrated 8mm flange nuts

Installation:

-Thread the stud into the block and hand tighten using 2 nuts locked together on the exposed end or one of out F21-807-00 stud installers (if you choose to torque the stud on installation into the block, go to 100 inch lbs)

        Option – You can put a spot of red Loctite on the threads before installing in the block

– when torqueing the head nuts start at 120 inch lbs in a “criss cross” pattern and increase the torque incrementally until the final torqueing of 200 inch lbs
