Animal* MLS Head Gasket – The Burris/Cometic MLS (Multi Layer Steel) head gasket for the Briggs & Stratton Animal* engine is comprised of three layers of stainless steel. The 2 outer layers are embossed stainless steel providing a superior seal with excellent rebound characteristics and corrosion resistance. The reusable Burris/Cometic MLS head gaskets are far advanced over their OEM counterpart in sealing the deck surfaces of the engine where OEM gaskets have a tendency to allow warpage and distortion causing leakage because of high cylinder pressures during use. The Burris/Cometic MLS head gaskets have been used in multiple variations of 4-cycle Karting engines and are considered to be far superior to anything else available on the market .

Available in .045″ thick (WKA, AKRA, KART & BNSS approved), .040″ (QMA approved) as well as the .030″ & .018″ thick for modified applications.
